THE THIN SHEET OF ALLOY.
Is wound in a coil until it reaches the required dimensions. Then it passes through the furnace, is tested and checked. Only cores which are free of imperfections and which conform to the quality standard required can proceed to the production department.

A SPACIOUS, LIGHT AND PLEASANT WORK ENVIRONMENT is a determining factor for quality production.

THE COILS.
Are produced with automatic machines controlled electrically.

THE INSULATION BETWEEN THE COILS.
Is carried out with polyester film wound round the transformer.

THE QUALITY CONTROL AND FINAL CHECK.
